  • this Website and use of materials downloaded from Website, including electronic PDF documents, text, images, hyperlinks (collectively “Material”);
  • mobile applications that the third-party providers manage on behalf of Byte Kinematics, discovered and downloaded by you from online app stores Google Play and Apple AppStore (hereinafter “Games”) and any services that you or the party authorized by you request from us, according to the nature of our business (collectively “Services).

By using this Website and/or Services, you accept this Privacy Policy in full and without reservation. Byte Kinematics Ltd. makes this Website and Services for your use subject to this Privacy Policy set forth in this document (“Privacy Policy”).

What Personal Information do we acquire on this Website?

We collect only the Personal Information that you submit on this Website, whether by accepting the use of cookies, submitted via contact form found at the bottom of the Home page, or through direct email correspondence;

What personal information do we acquire through our Services?

Our Services assume the use of third-party tracking tools from within our apps. Such third parties use SDKs, APIs, and cookies in our Games to enable them to collect and analyze user information on our behalf. These third-party tracking tools use so-called “events” which are triggered depending on how you use our Games. The third-party tracking tools then log, analyze the data and provide us with better understanding of our users’ behavior in Games, so that we can make changes to them and provide a better user experience. 

There are two ways in which we access to this data:

  • Through tools inseparable from both Apple AppStore and Google Play – once we upload our Games on Apple or Google servers and Games become available to you to play, a number of your interactions with the Game are being logged using the aforementioned tracking tools. Since in this case third-parties handle your Personal Information, please take some time to familiarize yourself about how they do it. Please see:
  • We also use Unity Analytics, made by Unity Technologies. It gathers a default set of Personal Information and we placed no custom events in our Games. Please see  https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy for further reference.
